Once the event is scheduled, we will provide you with an electronic event flyer and social media graphic which you can than print, post and email before the event to everybody you know. The more people you invite, the more money is raised! Please view additional Best Practices below on how to make your event a success! We recommend having at least 50-60 guests attend to be able receive a donation. 

• 1. Organization must meet a $250 sales minimum during the specific event date and time to be eligible to receive a donation.
• 2. Participants must show flyer or mention organization to server for their sale to be included in the fundraiser proceeds.
• 3. Gift card purchases, alcohol, tips, service charges are not included in total fundraising proceeds.
• 4. Not allowed to market event on restaurant premises or directly outside of restaurant entrances/exits.
